“Discourage litigation. Persuade your neighbors to compromise whenever you can.  Point out to them how the nominal winner is often a real loser — in fees, expenses, and waste of time.  As a peacemaker the lawyer has a superior opportunity of being a good man.”
Abraham Lincoln, circa 1850

Arbitration through the Law Offices of James Henry Dunne, Esq. is the process by which the parties to a dispute submit their differences to the judgment of an impartial third party "Neutral" appointed by mutual consent.  Arbitrations are conducted by that Neutral within pre-determined parameters.  Each party is given full opportunity to present their case.  The case facts are discovered through documented evidence as well as examination of witnesses and parties. Closing arguments are made.  James, as the Neutral arbiter, conducts this informal trial and renders an impartial binding decision based solely on the facts and arguments presented. A formal written decision is submitted by James within ten (10) working days of the closing arguments.

The Arbitrator's decision is binding and final.
